Mission:

1950’s organization that is being revitalized. Most recently we were a crime watch group (pre-Katrina). We are embarking on major park revitalization (for Donnelly Playspot). We are doing this with our own organizational efforts and working with planners and grantors. Will give more detail when plans are more firmed up. We find that concentrating on our own efforts (and making sure steps are met) instead of depending on other groups or agencies is more fruitful. This is the biggest thing happening in our neighborhood and we are working towards attaining this goal. We try to maintain quality of life issues by keeping up with zoning issues, blight and crime.
