About The Neighborhood Partnership Network
NPN programs and resource tools leverage neighborhood groups’ limited resources to support them in their own development and to help tackle larger citywide issues. NPN’s programmatic structure is a four step process:
(1) Initial Assessment (2) Capacity Building/Problem Solving (3) Networking (4) Evaluation and Monitoring

Step 1. Initial Assessment – NPN staff created programs and offer services after we meet and listen to our stakeholders. Initial assessment includes the collection of quantitative and qualitative information through personal interaction. Below is a list of our programs and projects for Initial Assessment:

Step 2. Capacity Building/Problem Solving – The majority of NPN’s programs and services support our members’ needs – from project management support to skills training to civic education. Below is a list of our programs and projects for Capacity Building/Problem Solving:

Step 3. Networking – Neighborhood collaboration is a core value. Cross-sector stakeholder communication is critical to maximize resources and align strategic goals. Below is a list of our programs and projects for Networking:

Step 4 Evaluation and Monitoring – This final and critical step is incorporated in all of NPN’s Programs. Workshops and trainings include participant surveys, focus groups and long term review. Evaluation and monitoring helps us ensure we deliver on NPN’s mission to our Board of Directors and Membership. Below is a list of our programs and projects for Evaluation and Monitoring:
